Q - How do I listen to the music clips?
A - Selected music clips are available for all of our albums as .mp3 files. To listen to them, just click on an album cover to get to the clips.  The tracks with music samples to preview are underlined. Click on the desired song title and the music should load in your computer's predetermined player for .mp3 files.
Q - How do I know if my order is secure?
A - We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. We share your concern and do not collect any credit card information on our site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. During the checkout process, you will be taken to our processing company's website to input your credit card information, Authorize.net. They are the largest and most reputable online credit card processor in the business. By doing this, you are getting the highest level of protection we can offer.
Q - Will you share my personal information?
A - No. We respect and are committed to online privacy. We will not share, sell, or trade your personal information to others.
Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Orders placed Sunday - Thursday will usually be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will usually be processed on the following Monday. Our method of shipping varies by the quantity of CDs you order. We ship by US Postal First Class and Priority mail and UPS ground for larger orders. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Q - How long has Real Music been around?
A - Real Music has been in business since 1981. We are a Sausalito, California-based independent record label. The company has since expanded to include One Iron Publishing and the EarthSea Institute, a non-profit organization. Please see About Real Music to learn more.
Q - Where can I buy Real Music in my area?
A - Real Music is available in traditional music outlets (Borders Books & Music, Barnes & Noble, Tower, Virgin, etc.); on web sites where music is sold (Amazon.com, CDNow, etc.); in specialty stores and in thousands of gift stores in the U.S. and around the world.

A - We've produced a number of concerts and some of our artists perform on their own. Please see the What's New page for up-to-date detailed information.

Q - I'm a musician. Do you accept submissions for consideration for the Real Music label?
A - If you are a musician or group (or their representative) who composes music that would complement the Real Music sound and you think may be of interest to us, you may send a copy (not the original as we do not return submissions) of finished CDs, studio quality CDRs or DATs together with a bio and other pertinent background information to us. Real Music makes no guarantee that we will accept any submissions or that by offering this opportunity that any contractual obligation is created or may be created in the future.

We will acknowledge receipt of your package with a postcard. Due to the large number of submissions we receive, you will only hear further from us if we are interested. Please do not call the office. We are unable to return submission material.
