Working with crystals as helpers and companions is customary in the ancient traditions of certain legends, part of the everyday life of healers, magicians, dreamers, witnesses, even an integral part of the art form and magical workings of crystal singers and crystal dancers.
Just as there are “grand old souls” among humans and among trees, there are among crystals as well -- crystals of a consciousness that could be called “awakened ones” and beyond those, the exceptional ones -- the sages, masters, healers. And then there are those that have, in their transformation, transcendence and metamorphosis, stepped beyond the archetypes and in that way are older than space and time. They exist beyond birth and death and are often called Ancient Ones, formless forms within form.
