Kenio Fuke was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Through friends and the influences of musicians in his own family, Fuke began, as a child, to have his first contacts with the universe of music. He began his formal studies on harmonica, soon to be followed by guitar, piano and other orchestral instruments.
Fuke’s piano skills developed through his studies with the maestro Alvaro Belda Neto. Through study of the great masters of classical music at the Dramatic and Musical Conservatory of São Paulo, Fuke graduated as a classical pianist, composer, and conductor.
Fuke’s musical compositions are filled with sensitivity and soul, and his dream is to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit through his musical interpretations of melodies existing in nature.
“The music represents the union of sensibility and creative skills to express the materialization of my compositions. I believe that I am an instrument to convey the Universe, the simplicity of the notes, peace, balance, harmony, wisdom and love. I define music as the freedom of my soul. All my albums were uniquely designed, conceived and experienced in order to express deep feelings that have the power to transform lives.” —Kenio Fuke
