In 2011 Gandalf released his sixth album with Real Music, Earthsong & Stardance. On this album, Gandalf's son Christian Strobl played drums, darabuka and framedrum proving that the musical abilities of his father are alive in him. Christian, stage name DJ Creexx, further demonstrates his talent by remixing his father's music into an electronically energetic version with a slightly different perspective. In this video Gandalf plays with his son the cleverly renamed Earthsong vs. Stardance performed live at Electronic Circus 2012.
