Myndstream

Up to 70% of today’s population, labelled the ‘Tired Generation’, struggle with sleep*. Achieving a great night’s sleep is a goal many of us pursue but few claim to have achieved. However, a new study has revealed that obtaining a good night’s rest could be as simple as hitting play.

Myndstream, the leading provider of wellness music, has announced the launch of its revolutionary album “Fast Asleep: Powered by Myndstream”. This innovative music, was part of a 772 night study, conducted in collaboration with sleep experts at SleepScore Labs, an independent global leader in sleep science and consumer sleep improvement, has revealed very promising results in helping people decrease the time taken to fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Findings were presented at the 17th World Sleep Congress.

The Science

Objective sleep data was collected using SleepScore Max, a non-contact monitor designed to measure sleep unobtrusively and objectively in the user’s home. Participants who listened to “Fast Asleep” experienced a significant increase in sleep quality;

  • A 15% decrease in time awake at night
  • Participants got more deep sleep, adding up to over 2.5 hours more deep sleep per month  on average (7% increase)
  • Participants reported a 23% increase in feeling well-rested in the morning

The results of the study validated the efficacy of Myndstream’s music significantly improving both objective and self-reported sleep quality.

Whether the listener is a student facing exam stress, a young professional juggling busy schedules, or simply someone looking to improve overall health and wellbeing, the new “Fast Asleep: Powered by Myndstream” offers a scientifically-backed solution to help conquer sleepless nights and wake up feeling refreshed.

“Sleep is now the key health priority for consumers and they are demanding evidence-based solutions.
