Sketching, rewriting, arranging, recording, mixing, and mastering of Liquid Mind — I'm often asked what instruments I use to create Liquid Mind, and what my process is. The music sounds so simple, many folks assume the process is just sitting at a keyboard, calling up a sound, and holding chords. That would be nice, if that were the case! But creating the warm fuzzy texture of Liquid Mind is a bit more involved.
Rajendra Teredesai performed live at the Chuang Tzu auditorium on August 14, 2013 for the morning Silent Sitting. In this short interview he shares about his experience and describes Osho International Meditation Resort.
To compose and produce a solo album is always hard work. To begin I had exactly 40 new tunes — only thirteen of the very best made it to the album. Real Music has posted a new YouTube video for “The Enchanted Path” from Bernward Koch’s new album Day of LIfe. “Day of LIfe begins with “The Enchanted Path,” a piece overflowing with grace, calm, and just a hint of magic. Bohm’s ethereal flute is perfect, adding a breath of springtime.” — Bette Timm, Music Reviewer
I've been thinking about trends in music lately. The latest video from Real Music is for “Underwater World” the third track on Amberfern’s new album, AquaEssence: An Ocean of Calm.
Grammy Winner Omar Akram was recently interview by Christopher Caplan of RYOT News. “I think it definitely brings you closer to the source of creativity. I feel this way almost every time. I remember David Lynch was talking about it. He said it was like “searching for the big fish,” or in other words, reaching deep down. I can reach deep down inside of myself and get to the big fish — that big creative idea. That’s what it’s all about, the big creative idea, and TM helps me find this.”
