We’ve posted a new video for “Floating Feather” from the new album Remebering by Bernward Koch. “A classically-trained and internationally-loved artist, Koch’s music is always sweetly optimistic yet expressive and complex enough to keep it interesting with repeated plays. It creates a warm and soothing sonic atmosphere for a quiet dinner, reading, or simply relaxing since the music has no hard edges or abrupt changes.” —

New Video for “Road to Byblos” by Rajendra Teredesai
Wednesday, May 13, 2015

“The tale of a weary Lebanese soldier returning to his beloved home, ‘The Road to Byblos’ conjures up images of Arabian nights in a song which expertly combines Teredesai’s flute with punctuated synth keyboard effects. …Perhaps the coolest thing about Crosswinds is it’s offering a unique take on 21st century Indian music. Many western music fans are familiar with Ravi Shankar and the unique contributions of his sitar in pop and world beat music, but Teredesai’s flute shines a light on a lesser known instrument that also has a rich history in the path of Indian music.
