Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Orders are usually processed shipped within 24 hours from Sausalito, CA, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Delivery will depend on distance, but all domestic (U.S.) orders should arrive within 4-7 business days.

We recommend UPS (trackable) shipping to Canada, as USPS packages occasionally seem to disappear.

Please note that regardless of your shipping designation, all orders of $50.00 or more will be shipped UPS so that if the order doesn’t arrive at your destination, it can be tracked.

International orders, please note: Depending on your location, expect 6-10 business days from shipping date; however, delivery might take longer depending on customs practices in your country.

Returns 

Due to the ease of copying product and the artist royalty issues involved, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened product. Please know that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and to help you select music you will enjoy and that is right for the listening purposes you have in mind, music clips are provided on our web site. We are also happy to help you decide what to order, and you are welcome to email us or call during office hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return regularly priced CDs purchased from RealMusic.com, for any reason, for a full refund, as long as the item is unopened, in its original shrinkwrap and in resalable condition. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged or opened CDs, discounted items, items on special, songbooks or gift packages such as iRelax with Numi Tea. In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the item with a new copy of the same item.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from RealMusic.com. For refunds or returns of items purchased from a retail store, please contact the store directly.

If you provide your email address, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the item has been received and processed. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs can be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise they will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a gift item, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used toward your purchases at RealMusic.com.

Include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, noting the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and ship to this address:

If you do not have your packing slip, please write the order number, the name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address above.
