Harmony is an album masterfully crafted by Sayama to flow with the qi gong form of modern day Shaolin master Shi Xinggui. Like the seamless sequence itself this peaceful music gently energizes the body and allows the dust of a busy day to be swept away, replaced by an inner calm and harmony with all life.
